- Billing and transactions: payment method (processed by our payment processors), billing address, VAT/IF/TP numbers where applicable.
- Content and prompts: inputs you provide to the AI, files you upload, and the outputs generated.
- Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses.
- Developer/enterprise data: API keys, logs, organization and team details.
B) Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, referring/exit pages, clickstream, and feature usage.
- Log data and diagnostics: timestamps, request IDs, performance metrics, crash reports.
- Approximate location: derived from IP (city/region-level), for security, fraud prevention, and localization.

- How we use personal information (purposes + legal bases) We process personal information for:
- Provide and operate the Service: create and manage accounts, deliver AI features and outputs. Legal bases: contract; legitimate interests.
- Security and abuse prevention: monitor, detect, and mitigate fraud, spam, malware, and misuse; ensure integrity of models and systems. Legal bases: legitimate interests; legal obligation.
- Customer support and communications: respond to inquiries, provide updates and notices. Legal bases: contract; legitimate interests.
- Personalization and improvement: adapt features, content, and UI; run A/B tests; improve models and safety systems using de-identified/aggregated data where possible. Legal bases: legitimate interests; consent where required.
- Payments and billing: process transactions, subscriptions, taxes, and invoicing. Legal bases: contract; legal obligation.
- Research and development: develop new features, train/tune systems and safety filters. Legal bases: legitimate interests; consent where required.
- Marketing: send product updates and offers (you may opt out). Legal bases: consent where required; legitimate interests otherwise.
- Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws, requests from authorities, and enforce our Terms. Legal bases: legal obligation; legitimate interests.
- AI-specific processing: prompts, files, and outputs
- Inputs and outputs: When you use iubi ai, your prompts, files, and generated outputs may be processed by our systems and, where applicable, third-party AI model providers to deliver the Service, improve reliability, and enforce safety measures.
- Human review: Limited human review may occur to investigate abuse, debug issues, evaluate quality, or improve safety. Access is restricted, logged, and subject to confidentiality.
- Model improvement and training: We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve features and safety. If you prefer to limit use of your data for model improvement, contact legal@iubisoft.com and we will apply your preference where technically feasible. Enterprise customers may receive additional controls by agreement.
- Sensitive data: Do not submit special categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, financial account numbers, government IDs) unless strictly necessary and you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- How we share information We do not sell your personal information. We may share:
- Service providers (processors): hosting, storage, analytics, error tracking, communications, customer support, payments, fraud prevention, and AI model providers (e.g., cloud platforms, email/SMS vendors, third-party model APIs). These providers process data on our behalf under contracts.
- Third-party integrations you enable: If you connect external services, you authorize sharing as necessary to provide the integration, subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.
- Affiliates and corporate transactions: with our affiliates, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (your data remains protected by this Policy or a successor policy of equal or greater protection).
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect rights, safety, and property of users and the public.
- With your consent: when you direct us to share or otherwise consent.
- International data transfers
- We may transfer and process your information outside your country (including the EU/EEA, UK, and US). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comparable mechanisms, plus technical and organizational measures.
- Data retention
- We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Typical ranges (subject to change): account data for the life of the account; billing records for 5–10 years (tax/legal); logs and diagnostics for 12–24 months; support tickets for 24 months. Prompts and outputs may be stored for a limited period to provide the Service, improve safety, and troubleshoot, unless you request deletion or an enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
- We anonymize or delete data when no longer needed.
- Security
- We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and security reviews. No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and enable available security features.
- Your rights and choices Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Data portability (obtain a copy in a machine-readable format).
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (follow unsubscribe links or email support@iubisoft.com).
- Manage cookies and analytics preferences via your browser and our cookie tools. How to exercise your rights: Email legal@iubisoft.com or support@iubisoft.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
- Region-specific disclosures A) Morocco
- You may have rights under Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. You can lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) at cndp.ma.
B) European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom
- Legal bases are listed in Section 5.
- You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (contact details at edpb.europa.eu for the EEA, or ico.org.uk for the UK).
- If we rely on legitimate interests, you can object where your rights outweigh our interests.
- We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer at this time. Contact: legal@iubisoft.com.
C) California and certain U.S. states (CPRA/“CCPA” and similar laws)
- Categories collected: identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP), commercial information (subscriptions), internet activity (usage, logs), geolocation (approximate), inferences (preferences), and limited sensitive information if you provide it (e.g., account credentials).
- Purposes: as described in Section 5.
- “Sale”/“Sharing”: We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics/advertising activities could be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out by adjusting cookie settings or contacting legal@iubisoft.com. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16.
- Rights: know/access, delete, correct, portability, opt out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive information, and non-discrimination for exercising rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may verify requests.
- Children’s privacy
- The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country) without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
- Automated decision-making and profiling
- We use automation to deliver AI outputs and for security/fraud detection. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight. You may request information about logic involved and the significance of such processing where applicable by law.
- Communications and marketing
- Service communications: transactional emails/SMS related to your account are required for the Service.
- Marketing: you may opt out of marketing at any time via unsubscribe links or by emailing support@iubisoft.com.
- Third-party links and services
- The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites, services, and AI models that we do not control. Their privacy practices govern their handling of your data. Review their policies before use.
- Do Not Track
- We do not respond to Do Not Track signals. You can manage tracking via our cookie tools and your browser/device settings.
- Changes to this Policy
- We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified (e.g., by posting on the site or emailing you) with an effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
